I bought this bike hoping it would be the inspiration I needed to get back in shape. 25 lbs later I can say it has definitely accomplished this goal! One of my favorite things about this bike is how upgradeable it is. Although it doesn't come with disc brakes or anything like that, you do have the option to add them later if your riding becomes frequent enough to merit them. After 620 miles in 2 months the chain has popped off ONCE while mountain biking (15 second repair) and that is the only hiccup I have encountered. This is the perfect bike for anyone starting out or getting back into biking. LOVE THIS BIKE!

My first ride out with this new Revel was just a few weeks ago in San Felsaco State Park where it is bumpy and rugged. My Revel went on a 17.22 mile ride without stopping once. The following night hit the same trails for 11 more miles....I love the bike and believe I made a wise decision. Since then I've added 40 more miles and have had one front flat tire. You should replace tubes with better rubber anyway.

Took this bike out for the first time and it was quite fun. Went over the big rocks, down the drops, up the climbs, and across the streams with relative ease. Only drawback was the seat kept angling up after hard bumps, even after a re-adjustment and serious tightening of the seat bolt. But overall this bike was fun and I'm glad I got it.

I just purchased this bike a few weeks ago, and am very impressed.. once i flipped the handlebar attachment to lower them it was a perfect fit. no complaints at all. I like the trail capability, but rid alot of street and paths on my 5 mile commute. The Kenda small eights are the perfect tire for this.. good grip when needed, and very little drag.

I just bought this bike and am VERY happy with not only its performance bu versatility. It can hit the trails and ride the streets (I mostly do street for for cardio). It's a "heavy" enough ride so you feel like your getting a workout but adjustable enough to back off (or increase) what you're riding on. Awesome bike for a workout!

this is a very hot bike, it is very much worth the money, i use this bike to maintain my 6-pack and it gives a great workout. but the tires can grind away so you have to be careful about yanking on the brakes too hard.
