Bikes are essential. We are happy to provide what you need to be able to use a bicycle for transportation, for stress relief, for that first date, and for staying active and healthy. A large portion of bicycle parts and accessories sold in the United States come from China. Due to the coronavirus, manufacturing, shipping, and the entire supply chain have been disrupted but we are constantly working to acquire and stock the bikes, cycling apparel, and accessories that you need. In addition to serving you at our store, we have shipping, home delivery and curbside pickup options to help you shop safely.

General Store Information

Q: Are you open?

A: Yes, we’re open 10 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday, 10 AM-4:30 PM Saturday.

Q: Are masks required?

A: Based on Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and the State of Kentucky guidance, persons fully vaccinated are not required to wear a facial covering to enter. Those not fully vaccinated or more comfortable wearing a mask should do so. We ask anyone with a fever or COVID-19 like symptoms to avoid entering.

Q: Do you currently offer repair services?

A: Yes. We know that bike repairs and maintenance are valuable services. We provide an estimate and okay it with you before starting work.

Q: Can I return a bike or cycling gear if it's not right for me?

A: Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Placing an Online Order

Q: How do I find the right bike?

A: We're here to help. Whether you are shopping in the store or online, we'll answer any question you have on sizing, bike models, availability, or other concerns. If you're shopping in person, we'll set you up for a test ride.

Q: How do I pick the right accessories for the bike I’m ordering?

A: While shopping for a bike in the store or online, you can explore our selection of apparel and accessories. If you have questions or would like guidance, just ask us. Common accessories with a new bike include a helmet, tire pump, water bottle and cage, kickstand, lights, bags, and phone holders. Due to supply shortages, sometimes an accessory may be on back order. If so, we’ll call you as soon as they’re back in stock.

Q: Will my bike come assembled?

A: Yes. Every bike purchased from our business is professionally assembled by a trained bicycle mechanic and undergoes a comprehensive safety check before pick-up or delivery.

Q: When will my bicycle be ready for pick up?

A: Most bikes can be professionally assembled and ready for pick up in a day or two. If the bike must be ordered we'll discuss your options with you. Once you've purchased a bike, we'll contact you as soon as it is ready.

Q: How do I know what size product to purchase?

A: Whenever possible, products on our website have sizing information available. If you are in the store, we will do a personal fit. If you're shopping at home and have questions, please contact us so we can offer you personalized assistance in determining your size.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong size?

A: Our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Please buy with confidence as we will do our best to resolve any sizing issues you may encounter. 

Q: Are pricing and availability accurate on your website?

A: Our website is connected directly to our store inventory, along with inventory from our most trusted suppliers. Except for rare exceptions, if you see an item in stock on our website, it is available. An exception would be if an item was being sold to another customer at the same time you were making your purchase, or during the short delay needed for the inventory adjustment inventory to upload. If you make your purchase and we encounter any issue filling your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer home delivery?

A: Yes. We are able to deliver most bikes if you live within 60 miles of our store. Most parts and accessories are available for delivery via a package carrier such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Q: Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes. We are offering curbside pickup for all products. We will contact you when your order is ready. 

Employee Safety Information

Q: How are you keeping your employees safe?

A: The safety of our staff, and their families, as well as our customers, are top priorities. From the first week of the pandemic, we’ve followed the strictest safety protocols recommended by Kentucky State Coronavirus Monitoring and the Purchase District Health Department. To keep our team and visitors safe, we have changed those protocols in accordance with the surges and declines. According to recommendations at the time these include, or have included:

  • Strong encouragement, education and support for full vaccination by all staff
  • Providing face masks and requiring their use when suggested by the local health department
  • Conducting business outside for any customer who prefers open-air 
  • Paid time off and testing for any staff or family members who have been exposed or who have shown possible symptoms
