Selection
  • HOW AND WHERE YOU RIDE are the first questions we ask our customers.
  • Everyone has different tastes, riding styles, body size, and different needs
  • BIKEWORLD has a large selection of models and options in stock to fit customer’s desires and preferences.
  • A bicycle is a very PERSONAL DECISION, a very personal statement. Express yourself!
  • If we don’t have your exact model in stock, we’ll custom order it for you.

Safety
  • A bike is not a toy. It is a vehicle.
  • A bike must be assembled. It should be inspected and tested professionally. At BikeWorld we inspect, build and test ride all bicycles before they are sold.
  • We will urge you to ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET (usually mandated by law) and how to wear it properly
  • We fit each person to the bicycle that is right for them. This is a safety issue as well as a comfort issue.
  • We offer TEST RIDES and perform presale inspections on each bicycle before a customer takes it home, also after sale free brake and shifter adjustments.
  • We’ll coach you to make certain you understand the brakes, gear shifting, saddle adjustments and other features of your bicycle.

  • BikeWorld stand behind their products with a strong WARRANTY and IN-STORE service. Department stores are usually not set up to provide this.
  • Our KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF IS ALWAYS HERE for questions or help.
  • Sometimes FIT ADJUSTMENTS AFTER THE SALE are necessary, with our staff is always here to help.

  • WE HANDLE ALL WARRANTY ISSUES FOR YOU, either by making the adjustments or replacements or by dealing with the manufacturer.
  • MOST WARRANTY ISSUES ARE RESOLVED IN-HOUSE at BikeWorld.
