Contact Your Representatives

Let our officials know your opinions! Be vocal in your support of bicycling. Don't let the bike facilities issue rest. Talk up trails projects. Constantly laud the benefits of bike transportation and recreation.

Whenever you go to the trouble to write a letter supporting a bike project, asking for bicycle funding, or expressing any interest whatsoever in bicycling, make the full use of your effort. Make copies of your letter and send it to every person in power who might possibly have the slightest need to know of constituent support for bicycling. With just a little more effort, one letter can go to 15 or 20 leaders. Here are the addresses of people who should be working for us.
